When we look at personal care products our philosophy is to provide the safest shopping experience. We do not accept returns at all because to safety reasons. We want to ensure that every product you get from is brand new and never a return from other customers.


We believe this is part of outstanding customer service and what sets us apart in the industry. We do our best to make all of our descriptions as accurate as possible when it comes to our bath line scents. All of our products are all natural and do not contain sulfates or parabens.


For liability reasons, we do not accept returns at We do this because it is the safest way to sell our hygiene products. We ask you to be sure about your products and we do our best to give the most accurate descriptions to lists “all scents contain” of each item. We do not accept returns because manufactures everything in a hypoallergenic environment and do not want a return from a home that could potentially contain allergens.
